The dining experience at Fishtail begins with signature items from the Classic Raw Bar: East Coast and West Coast Oysters; and Little Neck Clams; and Shellfish Towers for two or four.

Additional starters include: Assorted Fish Tacos; Kinda Tuna Sashimi; and Laughing Bird Shrimp with sea urchin risotto. The entrŽe menu offers delicious fish for the simple eater and the adventurous:  Whole & Simple Fish – Roasted Black Bass, Roasted Red Snapper & Baby Halibut served by the pound; Whole Roasted Lobsters and Swordfish Salmon “Steak Frites.”  Fussy – Monkfish Paella, Calamari Mac & Cheese, Dover Sole, and Maine Lobster Carbonara.  Other entrŽes include the 55 Day Dry Aged Ribeye, Pan Roasted Organic Chicken and Surf and Turf for two.

A David Burke meal would not be complete without sides such as French Fries “Persillade,” Laughing Bird Shrimp Home Fries, Garlicky Spinach and more.

To finish off the meal are Fishtail desserts including Burke's famous Cheesecake Lollipops with raspberries and bubblegum whipped cream; Coconut and Mango Panna Cotta; Napoleon of Chocolate Leaves; and the signature Can o’ Cake. To accompany the meal, Fishtail offers a range of red and white wines by the glass and bottle as well as sparkling wine and sake by the glass.
