The dining experience at Fishtail begins with signature items from the classic raw bar: East Coast and West Coast Oysters; Little Neck Clams; and Shellfish Towers for two or four are available.
The entree menu offers fish for both classic and adventurous tastes, including whole Salt Baked Branzino, Grilled Trout & Angry Shanghai Lobster. Dishes such as Swordfish "Steak Frite", Halibut T-bone, and Sea Scallops with quail eggs are also available, along with seafood alternatives including roasted chicken and prime New York striploin aged for 28 days.
Every Sunday, Fishtail offers its $39, three-course Lobster Louie menu, a celebration of lobster in all of its different forms: grilled with David Burke BBQ sauce, poached in saffron butter, mac & cheese and more.
Fishtail's desserts include Burke's famous Cheesecake Lollipops with raspberries and bubblegum whipped cream; Passion Fruit Pavlova; and the signature Can o' Cake, baked to order with all the fixings. To accompany the meal, Fishtail offers a range of fine red and white wines by the glass and bottle, as well as sparkling wine, sake by the glass, and a full bar.
