The dining experience at Fishtail begins with signature items from the classic raw bar: East Coast and West Coast Oysters; Little Neck Clams; and Shellfish Towers for two are available.
The entree menu offers fish for both classic and adventurous tastes, including whole Salt Crusted Branzino, Scottish Salmon & Grilled Swordfish. Dishes such as Lobster Rigatoni, Fresh Pappardelle, and Black Bass with quail eggs are also available, along with seafood alternatives including roasted chicken and Steak Frites aged for 28 days.
Every Sunday, Fishtail offers its $45, three-course Lobster Louie menu, a celebration of lobster in all of its different forms: Grilled with Asparagus, Surf & Turf, Lobster Benedict and more.
Fishtail's desserts include Burke's famous Cheesecake Lollipops with raspberries and bubblegum whipped cream; Salted Caramel & Roasted Peach Parfait; and the signature Can o' Cake, baked to order with all the fixings. To accompany the meal, Fishtail offers a range of fine red and white wines by the glass and bottle, as well as sparkling wine, sake by the glass, and a full bar.
